Meet The Owners
 Thomas L. Dickinson, Jr., Mortgage Planner, is a founding member and President of Atlas Mortgage, Inc. (2001). Thomas has been the Top Producing member of Atlas Mortgage since its inception. His 10+ years of experience in the mortgage industry includes several levels of management. His extensive background and knowledge in annuities and investments helps Thomas advise clients of the best mortgage vehicle for their situation.  W. Craig Jemison, Mortgage Planner, is a founding member and Vice President of Atlas Mortgage, Inc. (2001). Craig brings over 18 years of mortgage and banking experience to Atlas. He was recently elected by the Partners to oversee the day to day operations of the business. In serving as the company’s Chief Operations Officer, Craig is responsible for the functions of strategic business planning, budgeting, recruiting, training, human resources and advertising. Craig is a 1993 graduate of the University of Alabama where he received his Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing. Craig formerly worked with a national finance company and received the coveted Star Performer designation in 1998, an award recognizing the top 1% of the company.  Scott Moulton, Mortgage Planner, is a founding member of Atlas Mortgage, Inc., and serves as Corporate Secretary (2001). With over 14 years of mortgage experience, Scott has consistently been a top producer for Atlas. As a Managing Partner, he is responsible for production and daily operations. Prior to Atlas Mortgage, Scott was the Real Estate Development Manager for a National Finance Company. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama and holds a B.S. in Accounting.
